My name is Jule Lane and my mission is to share the power of mind-body connection to cultivate balance & strength, on and off the mat.

I am a certified yoga instructor who guides individuals to unlock their personal yoga practice by balancing and integrating the body, mind, and breath. Using the foundations of yogic philosophies and personalized yoga lesson plans, my classes are crafted to your goals.
